The traditional Corfiot village of Agios Ioannis, where the Villa is situated, is in the centre of the island so an ideal base from which to explore the Emerald Isle. It’s in a secluded child friendly area and yet has easy access to all local amenities.
The nearest taverna is situated less than 100m away in the village square, where children of all ages play together in complete safety while the parents wine and dine. Aqualand, one of Europe’s largest water parks is only a 5 min drive away or a 15 min walk.

This two-century year old family home is situated in the traditional village of Agios Ioannis. The property offers a swimming pool, patio with barbecue set in beautiful secluded private gardens, a spacious lounge and large well-equipped kitchen.

The Villa has one double bedroom, two twin-bedrooms, bathroom/toilet, shower-room/toilet, large entrance foyer, spacious lounge with satellite TV, audio, DVD, CD, library and a large kitchen-diner. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, microwave facilities and full range of utensils. Smoke detectors and fire-extinguishers/blankets are there for your safety. All linen is provided except bathing towels. Cleaning is done twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, subject to your convenience. All main rooms have either air-conditioning units or fans for the hot summer days.
Outside is the 10 x 5 pool and patio, which is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a barbecue, chairs & tables and an outdoor shower.
The securely enclosed garden contains a wide variety of trees, shrubs, flowers and a child's swing and climbing frame.
